Strategy for finding the book
A. I was able to find my book by, searching on the available from Net Library and found my information.
B. I found the source in a book, entitled Talking on Air. That was found on the Net Library.
C. I selected the book to find out what it really takes to be a successful sports broad caster. I thought it would be good to use a book the gives first hand experience from someone that works in that field.
Rationale for selection of the book.
A. The book was written by someone that has experienced the life of sports broad casting and would like to tell it. It may as well have some reviews on what it takes to work in this field.

General evaluation of the book.
A. The audience of the book is ranging from the ages of 18 to 24, or mostly people that are interested in the field of being a broadcaster.
B. The book is very popular for today, just because of the fact that it relates to sports and broad casting. Most people want to be a sports broad caster and this book will help them be successful while they do it.
C. The timeliness of the book is good also just because of the fact that it relates to sports and people are always interested in sports. Also no matter when they read this book they will be able to take something from it and grow.
D. The author of the book his been broad casting for over 40 years, mainly working with professional teams as their announcers. This is showing that he has had a lot of experience in his line of work, so he knows what he is talking about.
E. Through his years of broadcasting he has announced for professional teams such as the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians for many years, proving that he is an veteran of the game.
Examples Strategies used to search within the book
A. I was able to locate the information with in the book, by going to the table of contents and finding the topics.
B. The terms I used was to just read up on the topics the followed up on my question.
C. I was able to combine the terms in a way that would help me understand what I have to do to be successful in this field.
D. I was also able to use the index to see what pages just focused on my specific questions.
E. The results turned out to be great I had a lot of information to refer to that allowed me to be able to understand my field of study.
A Brief Summary of the Information yield by the book.
The book as a whole contains key facts and topics the well allow you to understand what it takes to be successful in sports broad casting. The book also contains relevant information that helps me follow up on the question that was asked in the first draft assignment. The book helps me realize that it is not easy to be a sports broad caster, and that it really takes hard work and effort.

I think that choosing a book written by someone who has had actual experience as a sports broadcaster was very smart. Being a journalism major, I know how helpful advice from an experienced journalist or broadcaster is for me.
