Stradegy for finding book

I used the net library website that was posted on the blod. This website became useful very quickly. I used the keyword in the search engine right away. In the Keyword box I typed in "health and sports". After this was searched there was a few books to choose from. after rewiewing the ones that I thought would go good withmy research question I found that "Understanding Sports and Eating Disorders" was best.

A Breif Summary of Information I Yielded from the Book

This book has information about nutrition and athletics that seems to go with my research question well. The book has many different topcs that branch off of health and sports. There is a lot of information on disorders. Disorders in this book range for eating dsorders to exerciseing disorders. The author gives information about what people are more vulnerable the eating disorders; this vulnerability varies from gender, race, and the sport that a person participates in. This book also informs us how elite athletes go to the extreem with alot of what they do. This is not always good and sometimes results in eating disorders and sickness. This book gives you information of past athletes that had disorders. Some being fixed yet sadly some resulting in death.

Example Strategies used to search for Information insde the Book

Finding information is extreemly easy do to the table of contents that in located on the left side of the web page. This part gives you good idea of what the book is about. Everytime you click a chapter there is an introduction that givs you a good idea about what the book is about.

General Evaluation of the Book

This Book is full of great information that has come from many different scholars and presiegest Universities. The information in the book is pretty recent and I find it to be very vital for my research question. The book has many stories of athletes and ex athletes and how there healt affected there performance.

Revised Draft Question

I beleive I do not need to revise my research question.

This topic is very interesting the summary you provided gave me a vivid description of what you read which i thought was really good. I don't understand how people just don't eat food is so good. Also next time you should proof read your paper a little closer for spelling errors. Other than that i really enjoyed reading about your topic
