2. Strategy

a. I found this article by using the EBSCOhost database research. I used the search terms 'team cohesion.' I was given a number of results and within the first ten results I found a journal with very interesting information on team cohesion.
b. I found it in EBSCOhost database search tools.
c. I was drawn to the article because of the interesting title; "Stop Meaningless Team Building." And aafter further reading it had interesting information.

3. Rationale
a. I thought this article would be interesting because the title was different than anything else that I had seen. Most things were talking about how to create team cohesion and how great it was, but this article talked about meaningless team building.

4. Evaluation of Journal Article
a. The intended audience of this journal is for managers, bosses, CEO's, etc. of companies. It was written in 2003 so it is somewhat current. It focuses of stopping worthless team building.

c. The article fullfills the criteria because it is for a team of workers. But is for a team. Which is a group of poeple that work together. it can be used to address workers, but it can also be used for athletic teams.

5.Example strategies used to search within the journal article
a. My article was somewhat short so I just read the whole thing.
b. I used the terms 'team cohesion.'
c. I just conbined them together.
d. I was able to just read it and a take out the relevant information.
e. I found a lot of interesting information that I have never seen before.

6. Summary
a. This journal article contains steps on how to do appropriate team building that works.
b. It contains the information on why some building activities or pointless and why. And gives examples on how and why their techniques will work.
c. It helps me by answering questions what kind of techniques work better than others and why.

7. I do not think I need to revise my research question at this point.
